1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations
• Clients must book appointments in advance.
• Clients must arrive on time; arriving late may reduce service time or affect results.
• Clients are limited to three cancellations; after three, future bookings will not be allowed.
• $50 security deposit is required to hold your appointment and is non-refundable.
2. Payments
Accepted payment methods:
• Venmo
• Cash App
• Zelle
• PayPal

3. Age & Eligibility
• Clients must be at least 18 years old.
• Certain medical conditions may prevent treatment; please disclose any relevant health concerns.
4. Allergies
• Clients must disclose any allergies, including but not limited to lidocaine or other topical numbing agents.
5. Results & Expectations
• Permanent makeup is semi-permanent; results will fade over time.
• Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
• Touch-ups may be required to achieve optimal results.
6. Aftercare Responsibilities
• Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
• Failure to follow aftercare may affect results.
7. Liability Disclaimer
• Blushed Studios is not responsible for poor results if aftercare instructions are ignored or if there are medical complications.
• Limited liability applies for unforeseen reactions.
8. Studio Etiquette
• Clients should come alone.
• No pets or extra guests are allowed due to limited space.
